Barrington Packaging Systems Group (BPSG) brings you new packaging machinery for the price of used equipment using the economy of global manufacturing and the security of US quality control and service.
Our full line of machines includes Horizontal Flow Wrappers (HFFS), Vertical Form Fill and Seal (VFFS) baggers for, Single and multi-lane stick baggers, sachet packers powder-liquid-granular products, shrink wrappers, continuous band sealers, carton sealers, vacuum sealers, pallet wrapping machines, semi and automatic induction sealers, cappers, cup top sealers, printing and labeling systems and rotary baggers for stand-up pouches.
We also offer quality control equipment – check weighers and metal detectors – to keep you in compliance with your Food Safety HACCP Program (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) American Institute of Baking (AIB) or Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) program.

We offer Emergency Film Service, delivering printed film in as little as 7 days from artwork approval and in just 5 days on plain laminations.Barrington offers a full line of Environmentally Responsible Packaging (ERPTM), including Biodegradable films.
Barrington also offers an expedited Film Emergency Service, delivering printed film in just 7-14 days after approval of artwork.

George Burny has extensive management, operations, and sales experience in the bakery, packaging, and food products industries. George is President of Barrington Packaging Systems, Inc., and held key management, business development, and engineering positions with Con Agra, Beatrice Baking Group, Ward Foods Baking Group, Hunts & Woman’s Baking Group, Scott Lad Foods, and U.S. Converting.
Paul Townsend
Vice President - CFO
Paul D. Townsend has an illustrious career spanning several decades. He was named “One of the most influential marketers of the twentieth century” in the Advertising Age Millennium issue. Paul’s corporate experience includes domestic and international management with Procter & Gamble, HJ Heinz, Philip Morris USA, The New York Times and others. He was founder-president of No Nonsense Pantyhose Co., and has been a managing consultant to many leading companies, including Nabisco Brands, Ralston Purina, Con Agra, the Spanish wine industry, and others.
Tom McClure
Vice President - Marketing
Tom McClure has spent his career in Advertising and Marketing Services. His experience includes management and strategic positions with traditional advertising agencies, as well as senior management promotion assignments with major corporations. Tom was at the forefront of the development of the Account Specific Marketing/Co-Marketing discipline, and has been published in Brand Management magazine. Tom has an MBA from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, and a BA from the University of Illinois, Chicago.
